Role Goals:
1. Ensures timely and accurate start-up of sorting and counting lines and ancillary equipment required to operate the clearing center.
2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility and support operations by maintaining all facilities and equipment.
3. Work collaboratively with production departments to manage maintenance, maintenance and repair of plant equipment.
4. Implement a planned preventive maintenance program to minimize machine downtime and keep facilities in optimum condition.
5. Perform effective diagnosis of machine failures and timely repair of equipment to maximize uptime Create and update maintenance logs for all plant equipment to ensure all required information is logged.
8. Training other employees as needed.
9. Tool and equipment management and well maintenance and cleanliness of work areas.
10. Willing and able to work shifts and overtime as required.
11. Supervise all maintenance work performed by subcontractors to ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety protocols, availability of equipment, and use of good judgment and caution to prevent accidents and personal injury. to avoid being used

Required Qualifications and Skills
1. Hold MCAST or HTD Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Must be validly certified under Electrical Installation Licenses A and B.
