Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and analysis of market trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Ensure sales activities are in line with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless customer experience
• Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management

Key Requrments

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field
• Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
• A self-starter, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the recruitment industry would be an advantage
