Bricks Kuwait Company is seeking a highly skilled accountant to join our growing team. As a crucial member of our finance department, the successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and providing valuable insights to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts and preparing financial statements
- Assisting with budget preparation and forecasting
- Conducting financial analysis to provide insights into business performance and recommend improvements
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and reconciling statements
- Assisting with the preparation and filing of taxes
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Providing support to other departments, as needed
Key Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in an accounting role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
