Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure it is in good working order and carry out basic maintenance tasks.
• Follow safe operating procedures and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other members of the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with team members, site supervisors, and clients to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Heavy Plant Operator with a minimum of 5 years in the construction industry.
• Possess a valid heavy machinery operating license.
• Good knowledge of construction site procedures, health and safety regulations, and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
