Key Responsibilities
- Operating a CNC cutting machine to cut and shape marble and stone products according to specifications
- Maintaining and troubleshooting the CNC cutting machine
- Measuring and marking cutting lines on materials to be cut
- Verifying accuracy of cuts and taking corrective action as necessary
- Loading and unloading marble and stone products onto the machine
- Ensuring a clean and safe work environment
- Adhering to company standards and procedures
Key Requirements
- Experience in operating a CNC cutting machine in a marble or stone production environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise cuts
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Basic knowledge of mathematics and mechanical skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Fluent in English and Maltese
- Good communication skills
- A flexible and positive attitude.
- 2 years of experience is considered a must.
