Key Responsibilities
- Operating a forklift to move materials, products, and supplies around the warehouse
- Loading and unloading materials onto trucks and trailers
- Inspecting and maintaining the forklift to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Keeping the warehouse organized and tidy
- Following all safety procedures and regulations
- Communicating with other team members to coordinate work and ensure timely delivery of materials
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Valid forklift certification and experience operating a variety of forklifts
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English and Maltese
