Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the casino and enforce security policies and procedures
- Respond to emergency situations, investigate incidents and write reports
- Conduct regular security checks to identify and resolve potential security risks
- Manage and coordinate with external security providers
- Monitor and review CCTV footage to detect and prevent incidents
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while dealing with customers, employees and stakeholders
- Attend regular training and development programs to keep up-to-date with security best practices
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of security systems and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stressful situations
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule
- Fluency in English and Maltese
- A valid security license
