Key Responsibilities
- Monitor all areas of the casino using closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and other surveillance equipment.
- Observe and report any suspicious or unusual activity to management.
- Maintain accurate records of all observed incidents and report writing.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and operations.
- Communicate with other departments to resolve security incidents and provide support.
- Assist in the training and supervision of new staff members.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Surveillance Officer or similar role in a casino or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of security systems, procedures and regulations.
- Ability to operate and maintain surveillance equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
