Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments
• Reconciling bank statements and handling other financial transactions
• Processing invoices and payments, and preparing reports on these activities
• Monitoring cash flow and ensuring the timely payment of bills and employees
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and other financial analysis
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve any financial issues that arise
• Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and ensuring that the company remains compliant

Key Requirements

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
• Good written and verbal communication skills
